Is the space reserve for Recycle bin?
When you run out of memory you are advised to clean your recycle bin. Your recycle bin takes 10% percent memory size of all your disk partitions.
For example if your hard disk is divided into two divisions say
C: drive of 100Gb and D: drive of 200Gb, you recycle bin will take 10+20 i.e 30Gb of memory space.
