Step- 1 First click on → This pc

and 

Step-2 Click on  → Properties 

Step-3 then go to → Advanced System Settings

Step-4 System properties - Advanced -  then click on performance Visual effect processor scheduling memory usage and virtual memory → Click on settings.

Step-5 Performance Options → Visual Effects

Select the settings you want to use for the appearance and performance of windows on this computer.

then click on →Adjust for best performance

then click on → Apply and Ok .

then again click on Ok in System Properties.
